My mother is the quilter of the family but I (reluctantly!!) accompanied her. I was not sorry. Amazing artistry. Beautiful pieces. Well worth the visit.

Quilts are far more interesting and fascinating that I ever thought they could be. The workmanship on the quilts here, both modern and old, is amazing. Truly worth a visit. Even better, the displays are constantly changing.
Very neat! Though a bit out of the way, they have a great collection of must-see quilts. Gallery style with very lovely and impressive pieces - even for non-quilters like me.
Found this place by accident. It's a gem! The day I visited they had two diverse exhibits -- one of quilts from a tiny Philippine island & the other of Civil War era inspired quilts. I found lots of inspiration for my own projects!
There is also a small gift shop with a nice variety of fabrics, books, note cards, & other items.
