Jo in the office is simply amazing! The spots are a little closer than we like but it's quiet so not bad!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've lived here for almost 10 years. Initially, it was a nice place to live. Quiet and the management was respectful, genuine, and easy to work with. This is no longer the case. This place continues to go down hill. They are more concerned with making money, then with the people that live here. There appears to be little to no vetting for the tenants, police are now in the park frequently addressing issues, and the park in general is poorly maintained. The so called "manager" is an atrocious, unprofessional woman, who is of no help when issues arise. For the cost of the lot rent of this place, you're better off living in one of the other parks. Literally the only good thing about living here is it's location to the mountains.

What a dive this place is. People are located on top of each other. Not a good place to raise children. NASTY!!!
I've lived here for over 10 years. Yes, there's been a flow of different manager over the course of the last 2 years, but overall this is a great place to live. As far as I see it, the complainers are the ones who write bad reviews. There's a lot of happy families at our community and this google page does not reflect that.
