The office resource center was great for work, mini kitchen and clean bathrooms.
Great location, but tight spaces and patio or yard area is not level at many sites, and dead grass and roots from trees show that this park is dated. Most sites are "buddy sites" so you may learn to know your neighbor. Many sewer connections are uphill, but there is a dump station and it is convenient. Did not use pool or shwrs/restrooms, laundry is adequate.
All things considered, I'm happy about my stay. It was expensive but it was clean and quiet. I stayed there from July until October of 2017. I'm not happy about what they are charging (about $1500 a month for back in), but the park ran pretty smoothly. You have to have reservations, and perhaps many months in advance (I booked in April in person). Jeanne was the one to get help from..the spreadsheet that they use to book is something to behold and she helped make sure that the one time I had to move from my original spot was my only time. The showers were clean, the pool and hot tub were kept well. The managers have changed now but I believe that the owner is around a lot to make sure the standard is held. Keep in mind that if you run into a rough spot with them, try to figure out who is the most knowledgeable (for me that was Jeanne, I don't know who their expert is at this point...maybe she'll be back?). There is an issue with the dryers that they are only set to about 30 minutes and so the clothes come out semi damp, hopefully they take care of that soon since I don't remember having that problem when I first moved there. (I mostly used my rv washer/dryer.). I'd stay there again, but only in a major pinch because of the cost but can recommend it for its upkeep and quiet!

This place has no use for full timers. I could not have my mail forwarding service packet sent, nor was I able to receive an Amazon small bubble wrap 8" x 10" envelope. I used the RV Park address, AND had it clearly labeled to the attention of "New guest John Doe, 9-06 thru 9-13-17" They just refused the package,.....because its so much easier for them to do so. The giant seating area indoors (that no one uses) would get too messy with mail from full timers! Never have this problem at most other places that understand RV living. Will not be staying here again.
My parents had to go to Colorado for work. They had made a reservation a week before they got there and were informed that the monthly rate would be $850-950 for a back-in space. They paid their deposit of $7358 (just to hold the spot) and were put in a space for two weeks. Then were told they needed to move to another location, but when they went to the office to find out where the new space was, they were informed that the full monthly rate would be $1,474.00 (for 28 days). That comes out to $52.64 a night!!! Looking at the reviews, it seems everyone gets charged a different rate. This place is NOT a resort as claimed, the people in the office are very RUDE and they lie. They were told one price, put down a deposit (which ended up being half of the monthly rate up front), and then the price changed and went up. And this is with the Good Sam discount. The washing machines cost $2.50 per load and $2.00 for the dryer, but you need to pay twice for the dryer to actually dry anything. Cost $4.00 to dry one load of towels as the heat is not set right on the dryers so they can get MORE money out of you. This is the most expensive place my parents have ever stayed and they travel the US for a living. Finally when they got the the new spot, once again they were put in an unlevel space that backs up to a cliff, literally a drop off that is above a factory facility. Very unhappy. Liars, rude people and nothing to brag about.
