Golden Real Estate, Inc., is the best real estate company I've ever used. This company goes above and beyond with great marketing, consulting, and all that goes into real estate transactions. My colleague at work told me that he used Golden Real Estate and had good results and that 1. It provides a moving truck for free; 2. It provides free boxes and packing materials; 3. It provides labor help for moving; 4. It provides handy-man services; 5. It provides "staging" consultations; 6. It recycles Styrofoam for people in the Golden, CO, community and beyond; 7. It uses electric vehicles and charges the batteries with electricity generated from its solar PV panels (thus doesn't pollute communities with vehicle exhausts, which is important to me.) This is the second time I have used Golden Real Estate and both times the property sold on the first showing for a good price for seller and buyer. In other words, this company knows what it's doing. So, simply stated, I recommend Golden Real Estate to everyone who is purchasing or buying real estate. I believe, based upon a relatively long history of secondary and primary evidence/experience, that you can't go wrong if you select Golden Real Estate. And, one more point, when I arrived in CO and purchased a home with another real estate company, the name of which I won't mention, I had the worse experience with a real estate company/agent that I've ever had, and I've purchase 10 real properties in my lifetime. So do yourself a favor and give Golden Real Estate a call if you're looking to buy or sell.
I wanted to state publicly the horrific experience that my husband and I had with an agent from this organization. Kristy has been an absolute nightmare to work with. Not only did her shoddy work and disregard of due diligence almost lose the sale, her failure to live up to her ethical responsibility to her clients now risks them being named in a law suit. I will not go into the absurdly long list of undisclosed issues with the house, but at least one issue that was raised in negotiations and supposedly addressed took forever to actually settle. THEN, this woman had the nerve to bad mouth my agent who was only looking out for our best interests throughout this nightmare of a process (which would have been even more nightmarish if our agent wasn't the meticulous, detail-oriented woman that she is). In short, if you are looking for an agent and agency that does their homework, has your back and will get it done right the first time, I highly recommend NOT using this company.
This is by far the most welcoming real estate office i have visited, the agents are not hiding behind a receptionist like other places, they greet you personally when you walk in and take the time to discuss the purpose of your visit. Verry impressed with their initial service and look forward to working with them in the future.
