Im certain Brian Q is the best realtor around. I've used Brian as a realtor to purchase 3 properties. On the last property, I was about to settle for a place that was ok, but not exactly what I was looking for. Brian talked me out of buying the place that was not a good fit and also made an extremely bold promise to me that he would work extra hard and find me the perfect place. It takes a lot to impress me, but it took Brian less than 24 hours to come through on his bold promise and find us the perfect place. Unfortunately, there was a little bit of competition on this perfect place, but Brian negotiated the deal flawlessly and we close in 2 weeks.
I was fortunate to have worked with both Brian Quarnstrom and Debbie Johnson throughout the process of buying my first home, and cannot speak highly enough of them both. Never once did I feel pressured by Brian or Debbie, nor did I ever feel like they were not working in my best interests.
