Door spinning physiotherapy. My initial consultation was shared by 3 other patients, I had to interrupt another's session to ask follow up questions. The assistant did not introduce herself and I wasn't convinced she knew what she was doing. At first I found Mitzy to be quite friendly but she was not thorough in addressing my questions and concerns. I was also told that they could only focus on one body part at a time. This practice obviously focuses primarily on making money and not the quality of life of it's patients . I am STILL waiting for the Director to call as promised ... a week ago.
I've called twice now to try and set up an appointment. Both times, the front desk staff have treated me like it's a huge bother to find my info, and help me. The girl on the phone gave me a huuuuugggggeee sigh because I didn't have my medical card in front of me, and I told her it would take a min to get it. Given the other review, perhaps I dodged a bullet.
