All I was asking was the reason why I'm not qualified a good driver discount. The agent was telling us something that was totally different from the customer representative from State Farm on phone. I asked him to verify the information and he refused to do it! He also refused to give me a reason why I'm not qualified. He just kept saying in loud voice that I'm not qualified because I'm not qualified! I asked him to call customer representative again and he said he wouldn't!
I wasn't happy with his attitude and said I would switch insurance company. He said that you can switch, but if you switch back you will lose your previous two year experience with State Farm!
Very bad attitude. Don't go there!

I said anyway I wouldn't stay with a company that have bad attitude. Then he suddenly changed his attitude and promised he would call me back with a reason why I'm not qualified.
