James and His team are the best. Have had three different payroll services, and Alliance is the only team that has helped me through all the government taxes and fee mazes. They are by far the easiest and most efficient service out there. With an amazing knowledge pool to keep you doing what you do best. A real pleasure to work with.
I'm not sure what happened to alliance insurance. I've been with alliance for about 15 years and have always had a great experience and have referred a number of clients. However, within the last 2 years service has declined dramatically. Instead of being a trusted partner I now get a simple pass-through. I get better results (which are by far from good) dealing direct with the insurance company. It's really too bad.
We love this insurance company! They we're able to cut our business insurance rates, and we get much better service than we did through our previous insurance provider. Both Shannon and Jeff have been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Used to be a great place for insurance. More expensive than many options. Lately it has been falling apart at the seams, calls aren't returned for days, claims are very hard to get paid. Rockford Williams made an error on our address on the policy. We never got a bill and were sent to collections for $100. I spent hours on the phone with the actual insurance company getting it straightened out. No fee was waived. Honestly you are better off getting a place with a 24 hour customer service and dealing directly.
