Great customer service! I called 3 reputable bike shops in the area when I needed to get some very last minute work done on my road bike before a week long tour. Peak was the only shop that was able to fit me in on such short notice. Chad got me in that day!! And they didn't charge me a fortune. I will definitely be back.
I always have a great experience every time I come in. They are welcoming and helpful every time the door opens to any type of rider. The service department is always willing to give the best service and advice. Also, if you can get a bike fit from George it is worth every penny!!!
Amazing customer service. I came in with a mechanical issue just as they were closing up the shop, they happily welcomed me in and took the time to get my issue solved and get me back on the road. They have a great selection and competitive prices. Everyone there is very nice and not at all pretentious. The only bike shop in town as far as I am concerned!
