Several months later..... Went into dining room for some tacos. No traffic on drive thru, one couple ordering ahead of me. Long wait for food, dining room is trashed with fries all over the floor
I went in for a coffee and they had no creamer and we're too cheap to open a carton of milk. They had a pitcher of shake mix for creamer on the counter. $2 for a tiny cup of bitter coffee with no cream. Very poor customer service as the manager could have cared less about customer satisfaction
This jack in the box has the best service and the supervised last night 11/8/17 was so professional... they really made you feel welcome there... me and my wife were really surprised on the quality of service and meal... Thank yous for the drink
If I could I would give it zero stars. The only saving Grace is one of the managers who is always sweet. She makes the half hour wait worth it. Other than her there has been crappy service and no one wanting to do their job or sitting there and being a jerk.
This location never fails to disappoint. Ever. This time, I didn't even get food. I left the drive thru line after waiting in it for over 10 minutes after having placed a simple order.
They do the food right but in the past it has taken quite a while, I do got to say they're getting better...
