It's just a post office.. some of the attendants are more polite than others.
I was worried by the rating & reviews but traveling through & in a hurry I chose this one over the other in Golden. Glad I did!

Saturday morning 11:30 & a line of 5-6 people. I was through the line packaged printed and & paid in less than 10 minutes. The clerk (Brian if I recall correctly) was friendly, proficient and genuinely pleasant. Been through a LOT of usps facilities across the country and haven't had any better experience.
My experience was pretty good. I did not love the stamp selection.
Such a beautiful classy building and the staff member who assisted me was very kind, prompt and patient.
Absolute worst experience. If you have multiple packages, good luck they will tell you they are too busy even if the building is empty.
