The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Very nice employees. The owner is a nightmare! Rude and immature! Not a very respectable way to run a business. I feel bad for the employees there and even worse for the animals!!!!!
We paid for the 5 wash card and they never gave us a card. After the first wash we were told we needed the card and when we did not have it the employees were not only unwilling to work with us at all but super rude and weird about it. Just make sure you get the card so you don't get ripped off too!
It's such a great store! Mainly because they hired such experienced people, the knowledge they have is so helpful. And the pet wash station has the perfect water temperature
They don't have as big a selection of dog food as a bigger store, like Petsmart or Petco.
I brought my dog in to get washed and when we got to the baths the old gross manager was in one of the tubs jerkin his derkin to a picture of a cat if u go I would recommend not bringing kids and cleaning out the tubs
