Great customer service and very helpful sales attendants. I came in to buy a welder and John came over to ask if I need anything and I showed him that their website was $30 lower, he said no problem and corrected that with ease and asked if I needed anything else before we go to the counter. He also noticed I didn't have a cart and offered to carry the welder and get me a cart. Great customer service!
I could not get simple price adjust for power washer I had bought online that had then gone on sale a day later. So after waiting 2 weeks for it, my only option was to cancel the order, and then have home Depot ship it back, and I had to restart order it online for the cheaper price. How ridiculous. I get to wait another 2 weeks while home Depot ships the unit back and spends it own time n money to do that, all bc of a Sully broken process. Wow!

Every time I shop here I have to scan items and check out myself. Today I complained to the self checking employee that watches everyone at the scanners. She scanned my items and bagged them for me. Oddly enough, the screw top of my Simple Green Cleaning Solution was so loose that it spilled out inside my car. It was not like that when I took it off the shelf. It was put into the bag by the Home Depot Employee. Lowe's - is my first choice even though it is longer for me to drive!
Home Depot seems to be out of stock on fairly ordinary items that I need for my project lately. Half the time, they are out of three-quarter inch tees, three-quarter inch nipples, and other fairly ordinary parts. My project also involves staining wood, which I've never done before. They told me to apply the stain with the paint brush but skipped the step where you wipe off the excess stain. after watching some YouTube videos and learning how to do it properly, I can say that the experts in Home Depot neglected to tell me what is arguably the second most important step in the process of staining wood. I'm just going to stick with Lowe's for a while.
