This place doesn't care about justice just money. They use mouth swab drug tests that have been known to cause false positives for over the counter medicines! Ruining lives all for profit! Disgusting judges here, do not go unless you have good representation!
I wish I could do half a star. Wife got a ticket and I tried multiple times to pay this damn ticket on the website, but the ticket number they give you wont work, and you need a case number which is not provided. Since the ticket was past 22 days I now cant pay the fine and must be summoned to court. This is one of there ways to make more money and prevent you from paying the lower fine. A court house creating fraud wow.
This web site is no help at all. No imformation at all. No phone number. When you are 2 hrs away you need to be able to get imformation at least a working phone #.
The Judges and Magistrates don't care about civil cases. If you can't come to a agreement in mediation, don't bother setting a court date. They don't want to deal with you. Its by the book. Not about what facts are presented because they won't read any of the filed motions.
This place...these people...the automated phone number...I can't fathom anything but terrible things to say about all of it. It's a shame the great state of Colorado has this skid mark on it. Any legal situation you find yourself in here is sure to be 2x more expensive & 10x more of a hassle than anywhere else in America. Good luck
