Extremely thorough, fair, and knowledgeable. We've worked with Matt over 20 years with Hondas, Subarus, Nissans, and even a Chrysler van, back in the day. Wouldn't go anywhere else (unless Matt does).
These guys know how to do it right. Im from out of state and had some car problems they got me in quick and even stayed past close to get me back on the road same day. All the guys there would answer any questions and the owner always had a smile. Thanks For the help
No hourly rate equates to dishonest pricing. After the job was done they didn't have the decency to complete the process by putting my dashboard back together. I own a van Which requires one to go through the dashboard to get to the engine. They did not reconnect it. The mechanics are freindly enough, however as a business, they made it very clear, make as much as possible in as little time as possible, complete disregard for quality and customer satisfaction.
Went in to get 1 axle seal replaced. They kept pushing for further repairs. I told them to only replace one and they replaced both of the rear. The guy on the phone said they replaced both of my brake pads, I mentioned none of that. The only thing you need to know about this shop is that they charge $250 per brake pad replacement. Those things cost $25 max and take 30 min to replace. I would give them only one star but this whole industry are full of people that are looking to put one past you.
They are awful! First time I've ever gone to these guys and they never called me to inform me how much the total cost was going to be to fix everything they just went along and fixed it without my concent! I had to bring my car back in again because 2 out of the 3 things they fixed weren't actually fixed! Once again I dropped my car off and told them to PLEASE call me before they fix anything, nope never called. Only to let me know my car is ready to be picked up and they were gonna charge me again!!! Don't go here!!!
